## Biography

Nathalie Lengaigne provides advisory and litigation support to companies on a day-to-day basis. Her international background enables her to understand and advise French companies operating worldwide as well as foreign companies with operations in France.

Her practice focuses on restructuring and workforce reorganization transactions, as well as on the employment law aspects of M&A transactions, from due diligence to closing.  
 Nathalie advises her clients on all their operational employment law issues, from the management of sensitive individual situations to contentious matters.

Admitted to the Paris bar in 2004, Nathalie Lengaigne joined the Labor and Employment Law team of August Debouzy in 2009. She also worked as a trainee lawyer for the US law firm Hiscock & Barclay LLP (NY) as well as in the New York State Supreme Court (Buffalo, NY), with the judge Penny M. Wolfgang.
