His practice focuses in particular on international economic sanctions and export control, anti-corruption compliance, and anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing (AML/CFT). He acts both in an advisory capacity (risk assessments, due diligence, compliance programs, applications for export authorizations, and interactions with relevant authorities) and in a defense capacity in connection with investigations, regulatory audits and complex litigation. He also has recognized experience in internal investigations and white-collar criminal matters. A graduate of ESSEC Business School, Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University, and New York University (LL.M.), Olivier Attias is admitted to the Paris and New York Bars.
