## Biography

Pascale Pontroué has served as Managing Director of August Debouzy since 1999. She is responsible for the firm’s financial, administrative and operational management.  
 In this role, she oversees finance, accounting, billing and collections, treasury and human resources. Working closely with the partners, she ensures the firm’s financial strength and the robustness of its internal processes.  
 Before joining August Debouzy, Pascale Pontroué held senior financial management positions at Ginestié and Magellan Paley-Vincent. She began her career as an auditor at Deloitte.
