## Biography

Admitted to the New York and Paris Bars in 1989 and 1992, respectively, Philippe Durand has been a partner at August Debouzy since 2000.

As a member of the Employment and Social Security Law team, he advises French and international clients and represents them in litigation on matters relating to compensation, employment protection plans, individual and collective employment relations, and the employment implications of corporate transactions and business transformations.

A graduate of Sciences Po Paris, Paris Panthéon-Assas University, and Georgetown University Law Center, Philippe Durand began his career at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer before joining August Debouzy.
