Ruben Grouchka joined August Debouzy in 2017, following five years of experience with several international law firms.

Specializing in equity and private equity transactions, he adopts a distinctly international approach, enabling him to participate in numerous cross-border deals.

He advises French and international institutional investors, major corporations, and investment/PE funds across a variety of sectors, including infrastructure, transportation, technology, and energy.
