Sophie Faulcon joined August Debouzy’s Corporate team in 2020 as an associate. She mainly advises institutional and industrial players as well as investment funds on their acquisition, sale, and equity restructuring transactions, in all industries.

Sophie also assists investment funds, startups, or managers with private equity transactions, particularly in connection with the implementation of management packages
