Théo Leclercq primarily advises French and international corporate groups on the structuring of their acquisition or reorganization transactions, as well as on the management of their day-to-day tax issues.

He also advises French and foreign individuals on the structuring, management, and optimization of their assets and investments, as well as on their inbound or outbound relocation projects and related tax matters.

Additionally, Théo assists and represents all of these clients during tax audits and disputes.
