Vincent Fromholz joined August Debouzy in 2022.

As a member of our Tax team, he assists French and international companies in managing their day-to-day tax matters and navigating complex transactions such as restructurings, acquisitions, and business establishments or expansions in France.

He also assists companies with tax audits and disputes and advises individuals on wealth tax matters.
