## Biography

Zoé Rival joined August Debouzy in 2017. She mainly deals with labor & employment litigation (individual and collective disputes, representation before labor and civil courts, criminal labor law, workplace accidents/occupational diseases, etc.).

She also advises clients on both individual and collective matters and assists companies with their day-to-day operations and organizational transformation.

Before joining our firm, Zoé worked for 5 years as a lawyer at Barthélémy Avocats, a law firm in Paris.
