August Debouzy firm advised Adveo France, the leading wholesale distributor of school and office supplies in France, Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg and owner of the Calipage, Plein Ciel and Buro+ brands, on the acquisition of some of the assets of Top Office and Top Office Business, a network of over 30 office equipment superstores.

The deal is in line with Adveo France’s strategic ambition to expand its network of local distributors, specifically through the creation of a franchise network built around the Top Office and Top Office Business brands, and to increase its presence in e-commerce.

With upwards of 1,000 members throughout France, including more than 400 under the Adveo banner, Adveo France is now a key player in the office supplies distribution market.
