August Debouzy has assisted Veolia in entering into exclusive negotiations with NGE, a French construction and civil engineering group, for the sale of its subsidiary SADE-CGTH.

Veolia was advised by the law firm Tactics (Thomas Picot) on the competition law aspects and by the law firm Flichy Grangé Avocats (Joël Grangé and Marine Conche) on the labour law aspects.

NGE was advised by the law firm CMS Francis Lefebvre on the corporate/M&A, tax, competition and financing aspects.
