Polyex’s expertise complements that of SPHERE’s subsidiary Alfaplas, further advancing the Group’s diversification strategy. Polyex’s geographic location will also be a major asset in supporting SPHERE’s European expansion. The SPHERE Group has been backed by Hivest Capital Partners since 2024.
