### (01) Advisory

We counsel clients on the implementation of all regulations applicable to their legal status and activities, covering conduct of business rules, organizational requirements, prudential requirements, and anti-money laundering obligations, as well as those governing their products and services, such as distribution and marketing, inducements, outsourcing, and delegation arrangements. We also advise unregulated market participants on the scope of the various banking and financial services monopolies.
