He is also recognized for his expertise in advising French and international corporate clients on a variety of strategic deals (such as carve-outs, joint ventures, and public offerings), in a wide range of sectors, including defense, luxury goods, healthcare, or telecommunications. Étienne MATHEY also advises on complex pre-litigation and litigation matters (including post-acquisition and shareholders disputes), providing support to the Litigation team.
