August Debouzy has advised MyLegiTech, a company known for its flagship brand ImmoSign and its expertise in the complete digitalisation of the contract process for real estate professionals, on the acquisition of the entire share capital and voting rights of Seraphin END (an expert in the digitalisation of contract processes through its brand Seraphin.legal) and the reinvestment in MyLegiTech by the founders of Seraphin END.
The aim of this strategic deal is to extend the range of services available in the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) market by integrating innovative features that meet the growing needs of companies in terms of contract management.
This deal follows the acquisition by two commercial partners, La Boîte Immo and the Arche group, of a stake in MyLegiTech.
