Diane Floreancig has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2015 and joined August and Debouzy in 2020 as a member of the Criminal Business Arbitration Litigation team.
She assists client on their criminal ligitation and white-collar crime dispute, notably related to transnational corruption. She advises companies and their managers on issues related to negotiated justice (CJIP, american deferred prosecution agreements (DPA)) and compliance with the obligations of the Sapin II law.
Before joining the firm, Diane was an associate for 4 years at Soulez Larivière & Associés where she acquired strong experience in criminal litigation in complex cases (AZF case, air crash case, embezzlement of public funds);
Diane is a member of the Criminal Bureau of the Paris Bar and carries out an emergency defence mission.
