August Debouzy advised Dassault Aviation in relation to the signing of a binding agreement regarding the acquisition of the MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) European operations of the TAG Aviation Group. This operation will allow Dassault Aviation to strengthen its European network of maintenance facilities, while increasing the market share of the Dassault Group in the field of Falcon maintenance.
Under the name of TAG Maintenance Services, Dassault Aviation aims to continue developing a network of excellence and to support the customers of the TAG Aviation Group and its various types of aircrafts with the same standard of quality.
The integration of such activities will take place in the course of 2019, after obtaining the mandatory authorizations.
