Gilles Jaglin

Gilles Jaglin was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2025 and joined August Debouzy’s Restructuring team the same year.
He advises French and international clients on preventive and insolvency proceedings as well as business litigation.
Prior to joining August Debouzy, Gilles completed several legal internships in Paris at leading international and French law firms, where he gained solid experience in restructuring and finance.
He holds advanced degrees in law and finance, in France and internationally, reflecting his outstanding academic background.
