Partner
Virginie Devos, a partner at August Debouzy since 2005 within the Labour and Employment Law department, assists her clients with the management of the development and transformation of their organization as well as with their day-to-day activities. Pragmatic, she helps clients build the most appropriate legal solution best matching the objective pursued, having regard to the political and economic environment, based on her keen understanding of the social fabric in which the client operates.
Regularly interviewed on employment law topics and spurred by the desire to share her knowledge and expertise, Virginie Devos teaches at the business law school of Montpellier.
Before joining August Debouzy, she honed her skills at Deloitte & Touche (now Taj) and at Jacques Barthélémy.
