Prior to joining August Debouzy in December 2017, Ruben Grouchka was an associate focusing on corporate transactions in several international law firms. He mainly deals with mergers & acquisitions (M&A) and private equity. His international approach to the practice of law has led him to get involved in many cross-border transactions. He assists French or foreign institutionals, corporate groups or PE funds, in a large range of sectors, including Infrastructures, Transportation, Tech and Energy.
Admitted to the Paris bar since 2013, he graduated from the University of Paris II - Panthéon Assas (Post-graduate degree (Master 2) in Business and Tax Law and Post-graduate (Master 2) in Banking and Financial Law).
