August Debouzy advised the vendors of the group C2E (France, Belgium and Luxembourg), a major player specialising in energy saving brokerage, in the context of its acquisition by the Ströer group, a leading digital media company with more than 4,600 employees in 70 geographical locations around the world.
The C2E group is present in 80 French departments, Belgium and Luxembourg. The entity has more than 230 partners and employees and since 2008 has benefited from a strong commercial partnership with the Italian giant, energy supplier ENI.
The C2E group was advised by August Debouzy with regard to transactional aspects by Julien Wagmann, partner, accompanied by Elsa Jospé and Coralie Foucault, lawyers and Philippe Lorentz, partner on tax aspects.
