August Debouzy advised Recommerce Group, a forerunner in refurbishment since 2009, on its cooperation with United.b (Boulanger, Electro Dépôt, Hifi, Krëfel, etc.) and other leading industrial actors. This cooperation is the subject of an exclusive negotiation subject to approval by the French Competition Authority.
The business of Recommerce Group consists in rebuying used equipment to private individuals and professionals and to refurbish them, and to resell guaranteed refurbished equipment. The company is one of the European leaders in smartphone refurbishment, and extends its expertise to other types of products such as games consoles, connected watches, tablets and computers in order to give them a second life.
This transaction supports the commitment of the historical shareholders, such as Bouygues Télécom, CREADEV, the management and the co-founders.
