Data Act: a tripartite agreement expected for the end of June 2023

The Swedish presidency has made the adoption of the Data Act into one of its top priorities. In the context of the trilogue now underway, the negotiating teams of the Council and the European Parliament, with the support of the Commission, think that it may be possible to reach an agreement by this June 27th.
