About Étienne MATHEY
Étienne MATHEY has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2001. He worked at French and Anglo-Saxon law firms such as RAMBAUD MARTEL (2003 -2006), PROSKAUER ROSE LLP (2006 – 2011) and more recently PAUL HASTINGS, where he became a partner in 2014. Étienne graduated from the University of Strasbourg (Corporate Lawyer Diploma (DJCE) and Diploma in business law from the Franco-German Business Lawyers Advanced Master’s program (Magistère), 1999). He is a frequent lecturer at various universities, including the Panthéon-Sorbonne University where he teaches advanced corporate law.
