August & Debouzy advised Intralot Morocco on setting up a partnership with the Société de Gestion de la Loterie Nationale and the La Marocaine des Jeux et des Sports (the “Lotteries”) for the design, installation, use and management of a new online gaming operataing system in Morocco.
August & debouzy also advised on the negotiation of the terms of the distribution agreement signed with Interactive Games, a subsidiary of Omnidata, national leader in the information systems industry. This agreement provides for Interactive Games’ distribution of the games developed by Intralot and authorised by the Lotteries on mobile terminals in Morocco.
Intralot Morocco is a subsidiary of the Greek Intralot S.A group, a leader in the global market for gaming systems.
