Marc Mossé

Senior Counsel, Member of the Paris Bar 

Marc Mossé is senior counsel at August Debouzy. He is a leading expert in cyber security, intellectual property, data protection, privacy and copyright law.  

Marc also brings extensive industry experience and specialist knowledge of the digital economy, regulatory issues, and EU law, having served as director of public affairs for Philip Morris France, before moving to Microsoft France as legal and public affairs director (2016-2022) and then Secretary General.  

He is an esteemed member of the French Intellectual Property Council, and an associate professor at Aix-Marseille University, focusing on the regulation of digital platforms, data law and cybersecurity.
