Théo Leclercq

As a member of our Tax department, Théo Leclercq advises French and international clients on their day-to-day tax issues and their restructuring or acquisition transactions.

Théo joined August Debouzy in 2022, after having gained experience in the tax department of various international law firms and public institutions (OECD, French Senate).

He holds a Master’s degree in Tax Law as well as a Master’s degree in Public Finance from the Pantheon-Sorbonne (Paris I) University. He has strong expertise in the many disciplines related to tax law.
