Marie-Charlotte Schremser is an associate within the firm’s Technologies Intellectual Property Media department.

She holds a Master’s degree in Intellectual Property and Digital Law from Paris-Saclay University and an LLM in International Commercial Law from University College London (UCL), which has provided her with a comprehensive understanding of both common law and French law.

She has further enhanced her expertise in IT and Data matters through her experience at prominent Anglo-Saxon law firms and within digital sector companies.
