Counsel
Kathy Azevedo joined the Employment & Labor Law team of August Debouzy in September 2015 as a senior associate after seven years’ experience in a law firm specializing in employment law. She advises French companies as well as foreign companies based in France (including Spanish and Portuguese companies) on all labor law issues.
Kathy has extensive experience in litigation, regularly representing companies before all French labor courts. Her expertise in emerging work models, including employment platforms, temporary work and self-employment, enables her to assist her clients with related reclassification disputes.
As a member of the “Spanish and Lusophone desk”, her expertise adds a strong international dimension to our Employment & Labor Law department.
