August Debouzy advises Factum Group in connection with the acquisition of Nodixia and Les Artisans du mobile

August Debouzy advised Factum Group, a major operator of technological equipment rental solutions in France, in its acquisition of Nodixia and Les Artisans du Mobile. Factum Group is thus beginning its first external growth operations, following Argos Wityu's acquisition of a majority stake in its capital in June 2018.
With the integration of these two entities in the IT and mobile sectors, the Factum Group will now provide asset valuation services, either during or at the end of the rental period, maintenance, sale of associated accessories, recycling, data transfer security and will develop a second-hand equipment rental offer.
Through these two operations, this group from Nancy aims to to develop a circular economy approach and thus meet the expectations of its customers in terms of corporate social responsibility.
