August Debouzy advised Dassault Aviation in connection with the acquisition of the worldwide maintenance activities of ExecuJet, a subsidiary of Luxaviation. The acquisition will strengthen the global network of the aircraft manufacturer in the maintenance industry, especially in Asia-Pacific, Oceania, Middle East and Africa, while growing its Falcon market share. 

Founded in 1991, ExecuJet was acquired by Luxaviation in 2015. The entity offers support capabilities in 42 countries around the world and has support sites in Berlin, Cape Town, Dubai, Johannesburg, Lagos, Kuala Lumpur, Melbourne, Moscow, New Delhi, Beijing, Perth, Sydney, Tianjin and Wellington.

The commercial operation is to be completed in 2019.
