On 19 November 2015, the Caisse des dépôts et consignations announced the signature of a final agreement to make an equity investment in three project companies owning three onshore wind farms developed by La Compagnie du Vent.
The transaction relating to the first project company, which was subject to certain conditions precedent that have now been satisfied, was completed on 17 February 2016. The CDC now holds 49.90% of the capital and voting rights of the Chemin de Bois Hubert wind farm (Oise - total power: 27.6MW).
