August Debouzy accompanied Groupe Natimpact in the acquisition of the specialist in organic world cuisine Le Coq Noir.

Natimpact group has entered into an agreement with the shareholders of Le Coq noir to acquire a majority stake in the manufacturer of sauces and products from the organic world under the brands Le Voyage de Mamabé in organic network and Le Coq Noir in supermarkets.
Founded in 1979, Le Coq Noir is a 35-employee family business, based in l’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue (Vaucluse). The company, taken over in 2009 by the daughter of the founder, Alix Kautzmann and hr husband, is inspired by family know-how and culinary traditions from the five continents to offer authentic products, without artificial flavours, without additives and ready-to-use : condiments, sauces culinary aids, candies and chutneys, spreadable, etc. Le Coq Noir, a company labelled « SME + engaged » is recognised for its CSR commitment with 100% of products with an organic brand and 50% of raw materials sourced in France. This operation is part of Group Natimpact’s ambition to create a federation of autonomous organic agri-food SMEs, thanks to the strengthening of their commercial tool. With the acquisition of Le Coq Noir, the group reaches a turnover of nearly €25 million.

Group Natimpact’s announced objective is to achieve, by 2025, €50 to €70 million in turnover thanks to a model that combines the requirement of better individual being, the collective, social and environmental dimension.
