August Debouzy advised the founders in the context of the sale of the Laboratoires Majorelle to EW Healthcare Partners for an undisclosed amount.

Laboratoires Majorelle, a French specialist in the women’s health and urology market, is the leader in the sector, with an annual income growing by more than 20% in recent years and nearly 65 employees. This operation aims to support the growth of the company founded in 2012 by developing its product portfolio and commercial infrastructure in France.

The buyer, EW Healthcare Partners, is one of the largest investment funds in the health sector, with nearly four billion dollars raised since its creation. His pan-European network and experience in the health sector make him the ideal buyer to support the acceleration of the growth of Laboratoires Majorelle on the continent, in accordance with the founders’ strategy.

Upon completion of the transaction, the founders will retain an indirect minority participation in Laboratoires Majorelle and will work closely with EW Healthcare Partners to ensure the rapid and continuous growth in turnover and EBITDA of Laboratoires Majorelle.
