La Plateforme is a digital and new technologies school based in Marseille.
Founded in 2019 by Cyril Zimmermann, La Plateforme has grown rapidly and now has 750 students.
As part of its exponential growth, La Plateforme has decided to develop a new higher education campus, including a student residence, located within the Euromed 2 development area, for a total investment of around €75 million.
The Student Campus, the construction of which has been entrusted to Icade, will total approximately 18,000 square meters, with the capacity to accommodate and train more than 3,000 students from 2026. The Student Campus will be developed with the support of public and private partners, including ANRU, Crédit Agricole Alpes Provence and Meridiam, a B Corp specialising in long-term investment in sustainable public infrastructure, through its TURF fund (the Urban Resilience Fund).
The Student Residence will provide approximately 230 beds over 6,000 square meters and will be developed as a joint venture between La Plateforme and Icade.
