On May 28th, Matthieu Courtecuisse bought out all of the other shareholders’ stakes in the SIA Group, via the SIA Holding Company. Based on a valuation of the Group at EUR 34 million, this management consultancy firm has also opened up part of its share capital to six new French and foreign directors.
