August Debouzy advised the managers of La Maison Bleue with the entry of new investors into the capital of the company: Towerbrook and Bpifrance, and the exit of Activa Capital and EPF Partners.

La Maison Bleue, the third-largest private childcare centers operator in France, has significantly changed its capital structure, with the entry of Towerbrook and Bpifrance, renewing their confidence in the company.

While the investors Activa Capital and EPF Partners head for their exits, the founder, Sylvain Forestier, increases his participation up to nearly 60%.
