August Debouzy advised the swedish group Intrum Justitia, one of the European leaders specialized in the debt collection services to companies, in the context of its acquisition of the company Intractiv Wide Development (IWD) and its subsidiary Intractiv, a technological and services platform dedicated to the client financial relationship having developed a unique model combining technology, content and services within a single collaborative tool.
