As part of our Technologies - Intellectual Property - Media team, Eden mainly advises French and international clients on innovative projects, more specifically in the areas of information and communication technologies and data protection. He also assists clients with disputes related to information technology and copyright.
Eden is also regularly seconded to the legal department of one of our clients, including with respect to volume licensing agreements and data protection.
After graduating in Intellectual Property and IT Law from Paris II Panthéon-Assas University, Eden joined August Debouzy in 2018, the year when he was admitted to the Paris Bar.

Code of practice for general-purpose AI models: final text remains outstanding!
Pursuant to Article 56 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 on Artificial Intelligence (“AI Act”), a non-binding code of practice, developed by a multi-stakeholder expert group supported by the AI Office, was to be published no later than May 2, 2025. The code of practice is intended to guide providers of general-purpose artificial intelligence models in implementing the new obligations imposed by the AI Act and to serve as a reference framework for assessment when such providers choose to demonstrate compliance through this voluntary mechanism.
