As a member of our Litigation, Arbitration and White Collar Crime practice group, Agathe de Marcillac advises and represents French and foreign clients in litigation and pre-litigation disputes before criminal, civil and commercial courts as well as in compliance matters.

A graduate of Sciences Po Paris (International Business Law) in 2018, of Columbia University Law School in 2018 and of the University of Paris II Panthéon Assas (Litigation, Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution) in 2019, she joined August Debouzy in 2020, the same year she was admitted to the Paris Bar.
