Chloé Niedergang

Associate

Chloé Niedergang is an associate in the firm's Technology, Media and Intellectual Property department.

Before joining August Debouzy, she worked as a data protection and cybersecurity consultant for a leading digital strategy consulting firm, and as a lawyer in matters relating to IT and new technologies.

Chloé advises French and international clients on issues relating to IT, data protection and commercial law. She also assists clients with their IT and commercial disputes and helps them develop their defence strategies.
