Antoine Ricol joined August Debouzy in April 2025, bringing more than a decade of experience in private equity and complex M&A transactions. He advises French and international investment funds, institutional investors and management teams on LBOs, growth investments, carve-outs and strategic M&A deals, both in France and across Europe. His practice spans the full range of transaction sizes, from mid-cap to large-cap, and includes both sponsor-side and portfolio company mandates.
Before joining August Debouzy, Antoine spent several years within leading international firms, including Paul Hastings and McDermott Will & Emery, where he played a key role in shaping and expanding the private equity practice in Paris as Counsel.
Over the years, he has built lasting relationships with key market sponsors such as Eurazeo, Andera Partners, Tikehau Capital, and InnovaFonds.
