Antoine Ricol joined August Debouzy as a Partner in April 2025.
He brings substantial expertise in the private equity market, advising on transactions ranging from small- and mid-cap to large-cap deals, primarily for private equity funds, as well as institutional and minority investors.
In addition to his private equity work, he has built a robust track record in handling complex industrial M&A for both listed and unlisted companies.
Antoine Ricol began his career at the law firm Veil Jourde before joining Paul Hastings in Paris in 2015, followed by McDermott Will & Emery as Counsel in 2021.
