Sonia Allouane
Associate
Sonia Allouane was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2021 and joined August Debouzy’s Restructuring team in 2025.
She specializes in advising and restructuring distressed companies.
She represents French and international companies, shareholders, investors, and creditors throughout pre-insolvency and insolvency proceedings. She also advises directors and officers facing liability claims.
Sonia is actively involved in litigation related to distressed companies, as well as in a wide range of commercial disputes.
Prior to joining August Debouzy, Sonia practiced as an associate in the Restructuring department of a leading law firm.
