Manon Couval

Associate

Manon Couval was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2026 and joined our Employment Law team as an associate the same year, following her internship with the firm.

She provides advisory and litigation support on legal issues related to both individual and collective labor relations.

She developed a strong interest in labor law applied to distressed companies early in her studies, a field in which she has since focused her professional path and built her expertise.

Before joining the firm, she gained experience in specialized organizations, enhancing her understanding of the legal and operational challenges these situations involve.
