Laure Maes
Counsel
Laure Maes joined August Debouzy as Counsel in March 2026. She previously practiced at the international law firms Willkie Farr & Gallagher and, more recently, at Latham & Watkins, in Paris, where she developed a strong expertise in competition law.She advises on all aspects of competition law, including merger control, investigations and litigation before French and European competition authorities, as well as the implementation and monitoring of compliance programs.
She regularly assists French and international clients with complex and high-impact merger transactions.
