Noé Montoya joined August Debouzy's Public, Regulatory and Environment team in July 2026. He advises French and international clients in both advisory and litigation matters.
He works on all aspects of public business law and environmental law.
Noé holds a Master's degree (Master 2) in Public Law from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University and a Master's degree in Public Affairs from Sciences Po Paris.
