Vincent Brenot has been a partner at August Debouzy since 2014 and is a member of the Public Regulatory Environment team.
With over 25 years of experience in public and environmental law, he advises French and international clients, notably on public procurement, foreign direct investment (FDI) control, and parliamentary committees of inquiry. He also has recognized expertise in environmental matters, particularly in renewable energy, circular economy, and polluted sites and soils, especially in connection with real estate and M&A transactions.
