Partner
Vincent Brenot has been a partner in August Debouzy since 2014 and works within the Public Regulatory Environment department. He is recognized for his expertise and know-how in public law and environmental law and provides advisory and litigation support to public and private, French and international, clients. Notably, he has developed significant experience in public procurement law, foreign direct investment (FDI) control, and parliamentary committees of inquiry.
He also advises his clients on environmental law, in the areas of renewable energies, circular economy, and polluted sites and soils, specifically in connection with real estate and M&A transactions.
