Biography
Senior Associate
David Neuwirth is a member of the Paris and Frankfurt bars. He worked in the Legal Department of Siemens S.A.S before joining August Debouzy in January 2018 as an associate within the Corporate department.
He was involved on secondment in a Franco-German business combination of two major groups in the rail industry.
David Neuwirth advises clients on M&A transactions and day-to-day commercial and corporate queries.
