Biography
Senior Associate
Lucie Constant worked for ten years within the Human Resources department of various companies, including most recently Enedis in the HR and Labour Law Department. In January 2018, Lucie joined August Debouzy as an associate.
As a member of the Labour and Employment Law team, she advises her clients on labour law issues related to individual and collective labour relations. She also provides individual and collective labour litigation services.
She assists companies with their day-to-day management of labour relations (employment contracts, working time, management of employee representative bodies, etc.) as well as with the evolution of their organizations (reorganizations, employment protection plans (PSE), business transfers, etc.).
