August Debouzy advised Auto-Ecole.net, a leading player in the market for driving lessons and online road safety training, on its new €10 million financing round. This round of financing was led by Ring Capital, and completed by its historical shareholder Calcium Capital.
A pioneer in the modernization of the driver's license training market with already 60,000 customers and 200 employees, Auto-Ecole.net is accelerating its development on the market of new mobility.
Founded in 2014 by Stanislas Llurens and Olivier Boutboul, who specialize in e-learning and driving instruction respectively, its tools are now aimed at a wider audience, from young drivers to users of new forms of mobility - such as municipalities involved in the development of the Plan Velo and concerned by safety issues in public spaces - but also the B2B sector, such as fleet managers (bicycles, scooters) and companies wishing to support employees.
